Teltasta seinälle / from a tent to a wall

Maalailtiin vähän lastenhuonetta uusiksi. Entiset valkoiset seinät saivat vähän väriä. Halusin tehdä kaksivärisen huoneen, mutta halusin takaseinälle alempaan väriin kaaren.

We painted the children's room. Previous white was painted over with colours. I wanted a 2-colour room, but also I wanted an arch with the lower darker colour.

Mutta mistäpä saisin piirrettyä luonnollisesti kaartuvan kaaren? Meillä oli hajonnut popup-teltta, jonka osia olin luonnollisesti jättänyt tulevaisuuden projektien raaka-aineiksi. Nostin yhden kaaren seinälle kuvan osoittamalla tavalla ja piirsin.

But how could I draw a naturally curved arch? Our popup tent had broken a while ago. Naturally I had not thrown all the parts away, but stored for raw materials of the future projects. One of the supports lifted like in the photo worked fine with a pencil.
